The software comes with two sets of systems, namely the checking system and the packaging system. By logging into the checking system, you can first check whether there is any error or missing with the plates, So as to eliminate the errors and reduce the losses fundamentally.

Then, you can import the plate data to show the total number of orders and the specific information of the plates in details, making data and information clear at a glance.

The system enables you to check multiple orders simultaneously, which can save tedious steps and realize one-stop service.

The system displays the well-tested plates in the zone of “checked plates” so as to facilitate classification and identification.

The upper right corner indicates the specific information, such as order information number, plate number, plate name and inspection status. The system will give prompt in case of a certain code being scanned repeatedly so as to avoid wrong delivery.

The wrong plates detected will be displayed in the zone of “temporary storage plates” to facilitate later identification.

By scanning the code, you can package the selected order. You can import the inspected orders directly, or import the external orders that don't need to be inspected at your own choice.

Label information: order number, consignee, total number of plates, delivery address, total number of packages and details of plates. The labels can make the information clear to facilitate delivery.

The label module can be customized and set freely to meet the needs of different customers.

The package information can be queried for supplementary printing of labels. Direct operations are possible in case of any missed printing of labels, which is convenient and fast.

The packaging and delivery system also supports query of historical order, time, operator and other information.

The system has multiple accounts, different role permissions and special and clear division of labor. If "packager” is selected, the account can only be used to enter the packaging system. Thus, mis-operations can be avoided.

The system allows multi-device data sharing and multi-client data synchronization, which makes it easy to work cooperatively. It allows inspection and packaging to be conducted simultaneously, which saves time and labor, and improves the efficiency as well.
